Computer Consultant Professionals – Welshpool WA

We are looking for someone with previous IT related experience who wants to continue or grow their career for the long term with a well‑established managed service provider. The position is available starting in January.

In this role you will perform helpdesk tasks such as setting up services, troubleshooting technical issues, deploying IT projects and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Your key performance indicators are measured by:

  • Are our customers happy with you?
  • Does the customer feel better having dealt with you?

About the business

About the role

Typical day activities include:

  • Processing incoming tickets and answering the phone.
  • Coordinating schedules with the team.
  • Troubleshooting issues, reinstalling computers, installing and configuring services.
  • Deploying new projects, performing hard‑drive replacements, onboarding new clients.
  • Processing purchases, keeping documentation up to date.
  • Writing clear, detailed notes in the PSA platform for continuity.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and suggesting or writing PowerShell scripts or integrations.

During probation you will support hourly/ad‑hoc customers and the goal is to keep accurate notes, happy clients and be time efficient. After passing probation you will join a dedicated client team and receive a mobile phone allowance, vehicle allowance and free NBN internet for home.

Hybrid Work From Home Options

During probation you must work from our Welshpool office. After probation you can coordinate work‑from‑home days with your team, subject to minimum staffing requirements and business‑hour coverage.
