A managed service provider in Welshpool is seeking an IT Support professional to perform helpdesk duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in an MSP or IT-related environment, a positive attitude, and strong organizational skills. This role includes troubleshooting, setting up services, and maintaining high client satisfaction. After probation, hybrid work options and allowances for mobile and vehicle expenses are offered. The office is supportive and family-oriented with a focus on long-term staff retention.

In this role you will perform helpdesk tasks such as setting up services, troubleshooting technical issues, deploying IT projects and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Your key performance indicators are measured by:

Typical day activities include:
During probation you will support hourly/ad‑hoc customers and the goal is to keep accurate notes, happy clients and be time efficient. After passing probation you will join a dedicated client team and receive a mobile phone allowance, vehicle allowance and free NBN internet for home.
During probation you must work from our Welshpool office. After probation you can coordinate work‑from‑home days with your team, subject to minimum staffing requirements and business‑hour coverage.
