A technology-driven organization in Cardiff is looking for an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on support in a client-facing legal environment. We’re looking for a IT Support Technician to join our team on‑site with one of our valued clients in the legal services sector. This role is ideal for someone who has recently completed a university degree, college course in IT (or equivalent) and is eager to take their first steps into the industry. You’ll work alongside the onsite IT Support Technician, gaining hands‑on experience in tasks such as setting up laptops, preinstallations, building machines, logging support calls, and carrying out basic troubleshooting. This is a great opportunity to start building a career in IT within a professional services environment.
