IT Support Technician

Commutable to Doncaster (On-site)

A market leading organisation based near Doncaster is looking for an IT Support Technician to join the team on a full time basis. This role suits someone with solid first line and second line experience who enjoys a blend of user support and hands on infrastructure work in a fast paced environment.

What you will be doing

• Delivering first line and second line support across the business
• Handling user issues across hardware software networks and general IT queries
• Supporting core infrastructure including servers networks and Office apps
• Troubleshooting Windows environments and keeping operations running smoothly
• Working closely with the wider tech team to resolve more complex issues

What we are looking for

• Strong background in first line and second line support
• Good understanding of infrastructure networking and Windows environments
• Confident communicator who can support users at all levels
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is desirable but not essential
• Comfortable commuting to the Doncaster area and being on site five days per week
