Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of first-line support experience on the Windows platform.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload.
  • Enjoy speaking to and dealing with staff at all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Answering calls and emails from staff and providing initial guidance.
  • Logging all issues raised in the service desk and updating end users.
  • Coordinating with the Infrastructure Engineer and Head of IT for project-based work.
