Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT Support or End User Computing role.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line support for hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize user downtime.
• Take ownership of incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
