A technology support company is looking for an IT support professional to join their team in Welshpool. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in providing technical support, preferably within an educational context. Responsibilities include managing mobile devices, troubleshooting networks, and offering customer support for diverse IT issues. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential, along with a valid drivers' license for daily customer visits. Australian citizenship is also required for this role.
We are looking for a new team member that is passionate about providing the highest level of customer satisfaction to our clients. Primarily providing support to schools, you will be out and about every day working autonomously but able to call on our team of highly skilled and experienced professionals should you need assistance.
You will be a confident and articulate person with a passion for exceeding the expectations of our customers. Previous experience working in the Education sector would be a bonus however candidates are welcome with experience in any other customer focused onsite support roles.
Experience managing fleets of mobile devices via mobile device management (MDM) solutions is a bonus as are strong Apple support skills.
