Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Support Desk Apprentice to join our busy IT team. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving problems, has a genuine interest in technology, and wants to build a career in IT support. As an apprentice, you'll receive hands-on training, mentoring from our experienced IT professionals, and study towards a nationally recognised qualification, all while earning and gaining real-world experience in a global aviation company.

What you'll be doing
  • Acting as the first point of contact for IT queries from staff across the business
  • Supporting colleagues with hardware, software, and network issues (laptops, phones, printers, etc.)
  • Logging and managing support tickets, ensuring timely resolution
  • Assisting with setting up new users and devices
  • Helping maintain IT systems, equipment, and security protocols
  • Learning from our IT experts while developing your own technical and customer service skills
