Responsibilities
Main duties but not limited to:
- Provide technical support both in-person and remotely
- You will work with technologies such as Active Directory, Azure, Cisco and Exchange
- There will be some software testing, fluke testing and cable testing within the role
- Establish and diagnose ICT problems/faults using troubleshooting methodology
- Work with senior colleagues to resolve more complex incidents
- Apply appropriate testing methodology to hardware, software and cabling assets
