Job description

Responsibilities

Main duties but not limited to:

• Provide technical support both in-person and remotely
• You will work with technologies such as Active Directory, Azure, Cisco and Exchange
• There will be some software testing, fluke testing and cable testing within the role
• Establish and diagnose ICT problems/faults using troubleshooting methodology
• Work with senior colleagues to resolve more complex incidents
• Apply appropriate testing methodology to hardware, software and cabling assets
