IT Support - Infrastructure - Growth and Training available - 1st/2nd Line Support - Growing Business - Permanent - West London - £30-35,000 per annum - Must Drive
Dentro are supporting a business that have seriously ambitious plans and are growing, this role is down to demand from the business and their technology agenda moving forward. We need someone with a good grounding in technology support, primarily across MS O365, any networking exposure would be good too, experience of working in Azure environments but also supporting hardware such as printers will be needed. Exposure to Intune, Cyber Security protocols, Entra and Windows Servers and TCP/IP would be great, but if you'll only got a handful of these, still apply, this role is as much about the individual as it is the tech experience.
This is a hands-on, onsite role supporting the offices and their business, you will need to be happy to get involved where you are needed, whether that is a warehouse printer fix or a software upgrade, you'll get hands on.
There is a roadmap of technology upgrades and migrations in the near future and your role will evolve and grow to support this, there is a capable team around you to support that development too.
This role is about someone who has the willingness and desire to learn and grow, doesn't mind getting stuck in and has the base technical knowledge.
There is on-call work and you will need to be within 30 minutes of site which is West London.
