• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT team leadership or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 stack.
• Operational understanding of network protocols and CCTV systems.
• Excellent people management and communication skills.
• Competent in asset management and IT lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the internal IT team.
• Manage the IT service desk operations.
• Provide hands-on support for network infrastructure.
• Oversee starter/leaver IT processes.
• Conduct site visits for audits and refreshes.
