Job description

Devico is looking for an IT Recruiter to work together with our team on vacancies from Trainee to Senior level. Most of the time, we work with technical roles for our clients, such as developers and QAs. You'll also have the opportunity to work on non-tech roles for our marketing and sales teams.

Joining us, you will be a part of the recruiting team and work closely with the HR team. Our recruiting team consists of a Head of Recruiting and a Middle Recruiter. We are also planning to hire a sourcer to work together on challenging vacancies. Each person works with 3-5 vacancies, depending on their complexity. We have weekly team meetings where we discuss new ideas and challenges we face, share experiences, and plan our work. Together with us, you can improve your expertise in IT recruiting and become a strong specialist.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers.
  • Source candidates across various platforms, including LinkedIn and professional communities.
  • Conduct pre-screen calls to assess both technical fit and soft skills of candidates.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Preferably 1+ year of experience in IT recruiting (we also consider candidates who have just completed recruiting courses).
  • English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level for communicating with English-speaking candidates and managing documentation.
  • Understanding of basic IT concepts, roles, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience with various sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and X-Ray search.
