The Role:

This position is responsible for bridging the gap between technology and creative while maintaining deadlines are achieved to the highest standard. The suitable candidate will have experience delivering front and backend based projects on time and within budget across a range of digital products. Working closely with the technology team, the project manager will define and drive deadlines in partnership with the delivery team in order to streamline and drive efficiencies within technology. The suitable candidate will have a strong grasp of development within a relevant field and be as comfortable conversing with developers as setting and achieving tasks.

Responsibilities

• Working in close collaboration with designers, product and engineering to see a project from concept through implementation.
• Work with the technical team to plan and achieve project time lines
• Manage project, timelines, schedules, budgets, and communication between teams.
• Take ownership for project delivery within Agile
• Ability to apply their app and mobile knowledge and intuition.

Requirements

• Must have at digital project/web management experience
• Experience and understanding of various project management languages, in particular Agile.
• Experience using project management systems, in particular Jira
• Ability to gracefully handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and prioritise accordingly and create road maps for team projects.
• Eloquent communicator, comfortable with different communication styles needed for engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent technical, problem-solving, quality assurance, organizational and analytical skills.
• Clear understanding of current mobile and App game trends.
• Must have strong judgement/analytical problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, organized, good follow-through.
