• Own the project end-to-end with full accountability for delivery, quality, timelines, and financial outcomes.
• Lead project planning activities including proposal development, effort estimation, and scope definition.
• Build, onboard, and manage high-performing project teams; assign tasks and set priorities.
• Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and issues.
• Ensure successful delivery, deployment, and implementation in alignment with customer expectations.
• Take full ownership of team performance, including coaching and performance management.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service to customers while adhering to company policies.
