iO Associates are recruiting on behalf of a large housing association for a Programme Manager to join their IT & Business Change team. This is a permanent, full-time role (35 hours/week) based in Oldham, with a hybrid working model.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering impactful change across digital, data, and technology programmes. You’ll lead large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery aligns with business goals and customer needs.
