Procurement Manager

Salary: GBP65,000 - 70,000 + Benefits
Location: Flexible (Hybrid working available)
Contract Type: Permanent Full-time (Flexible hours and job share options considered)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team that's been steadily increasing its influence across its business. Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping procurement strategy and driving value across a wide range of spend categories including IT/Digital, Property & Facilities, Travel, Recruitment, Events, and Marketing—with scope to expand further.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead procurement projects across indirect spend categories, influencing stakeholders and defining effective strategies.
  • Enhance procurement policies and third-party risk management processes.
  • Champion ESG and supplier diversity initiatives, supporting the firm's sustainability goals.
  • Collaborate with service line leaders to adapt procurement practices to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Maintain accurate procurement data, including contracts, spend analytics, and activity tracking.
  • Support stakeholders and finance teams in achieving business objectives within budget.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience in indirect procurement, ideally within professional or financial services.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Commercially astute with proven negotiation experience.
  • Knowledge of supplier management, third-party assurance, and risk mitigation.
  • Experience in ESG and inclusion & diversity within the supply chain.
  • Familiarity with IT & Digital procurement (software/hardware) is a plus.
