Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an IT Process Analyst to analyze, improve and govern IT processes in alignment with ISO standards. The role supports governance, risk assessments and process assurance across IT and Business Systems with a strong emphasis on accuracy and traceability.

You will collaborate with Cyber Security, Engineering, HR and Operations to embed compliant processes and provide guidance on audits and evidence collection. A focus on continuous improvement and clear documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
• Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities
