Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an IT Process Analyst to analyse, improve, and govern IT processes across IT and business systems. The role emphasizes alignment with ISO standards and strong governance practices to ensure accuracy, traceability, and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR, and Operations, supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance while promoting Saab's culture of trust and innovation across multiple UK sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Process Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
• Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• The Role: support Saab UK's IT processes by analysing, improving, and governing IT processes in alignment with ISO standards.
• Key Responsibilities: contribute to governance, change management, and risk assessments, with a focus on accuracy and traceability.
