Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an IT Process Analyst to analyse, improve, and govern IT processes in alignment with ISO standards. You will contribute to governance functions, maintain strong documentation, and engage with multiple stakeholders across IT, Cyber Security, and Operations.

The role focuses on process mapping, audits, and continuous improvement, with emphasis on accuracy, traceability, and evidence-based compliance across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
• Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support Saab UK's IT and Business Systems functions by analysing, improving, and governing IT processes.
• Align IT processes with ISO standards, governance requirements and risk considerations.
• Provide training and guidance on process compliance and continuous improvement.
