Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an IT Process Analyst to analyse and govern IT processes, align with ISO standards, and drive continuous improvement through documentation and KPIs.

You will collaborate with IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR and Operations to ensure processes are practical, compliant and embedded, while supporting audits and maintaining controlled documents in Saab's governance framework.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as IT Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
• Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.
• ITIL Foundation or above.
• ISO Lead Auditor or Implementer qualifications.
