You will contribute to governance, audit readiness, and documentation efforts while engaging diverse stakeholders across IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR, and Operations to ensure practical and compliant processes.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, change management, and traceability to Saab UK's high-standards culture of innovation and expertise.

Qualifications

Essential: Proven experience as IT Process Analyst or Business Analyst.
Essential: Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
Essential: Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
Essential: Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
Essential: Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
Essential: Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities
