Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an IT Process Analyst to analyse, improve, and govern IT processes in alignment with ISO standards. You will support audits, maintain process documentation, and engage stakeholders across IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR, and Operations to ensure processes are practical and embedded.

The role offers the chance to work within Saab UK's defence and technology environment, with emphasis on governance, continuous improvement, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as IT Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
• Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.
