The role emphasizes collaboration with IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR and Operations, with a focus on risk assessments, change management, and documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
• Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.
