Job Description

We are looking for an IT Manager to lead our UK‑based IT & IS function. This is a pivotal role within the Business Systems group, responsible for delivering robust IT services, driving digital innovation, and aligning local operations with our European parent company’s infrastructure and strategy.

This role can be based in or around either Warrington, Leicester or Castleford.

About The Role

As IT Manager, you will lead a small, multi‑site team supporting our UK operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the integrity, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure, while also delivering strategic projects and supporting business transformation initiatives. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the UK and Europe, balancing hands‑on technical leadership with strategic planning and team development.
