Job description

We are recruiting for an IT Application Support Analyst to join our team in Hoddesdon.

Reporting directly to the ICT Application Team Lead, this role requires an individual who is flexible, adaptable and focused on providing excellence in Application Support.

You’ll not only provide support for our ERP systems, but you’ll also take ownership of queries, perform initial investigations & diagnosis through to fault resolution, primarily using business & process knowledge to understand and resolve. You will also be involved in configuration, optimisation, and development of Microsoft Business Central.

About you

• Demonstrable experience supporting systems as well as demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft dynamics ERP system (AX, Nav, BC, 365) specialist.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to think outside of the box is essential.
• Experience with Sharepoint, Azure and Office 365/ MS Dynamics and BC/Business Central is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, coupled with experience of strong stakeholder engagement.
• Experience of supporting and configuring an ERP system.
