IT & Administration Specialist

We are currently recruiting a IT Specialist to support the senior management team and colleagues with technical advice and administrative support.

Responsibilities Include :
  • CRM System maintenance and updating.
  • Liaise with All My Systems to plan future improvements.
  • Provide general IT support.
  • Assist, where required and when workload permits, with the following :
  • Create technical drawings.
  • Nest lasered components
  • Raise invoices
  • Arrange deliveries and collections
Skills Required :
  • Proficiency in the working of servers, networks, computers and peripherals
  • Extensive knowledge of system security and procedures for protecting the organisation’s data from intrusion or corruption
  • Excellent communication and customer support skills
  • Advanced knowledge about hardware and software configuration
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and create their work schedules with minimal supervision
  • Excellent troubleshooting, creative and technical problem-solving skills
