Overview

IDEX are representing a Wealth Management firm who are demonstrating strong growth via headcount and AUM and now require an additional Investment Management Administrator to join their Leeds based offices. As a newly created role, you will be responsible for assisting the Investment Management team in various aspects.

The ideal candidate
  • Experience within a wealth management/financial services environment within the administrative teams
  • Enthusiastic and confident individual, comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders and external clients
  • A strong numerical background
  • A genuine interest within the financial services industry
Key responsibilities
  • Preparing meeting and presentation documents
  • Ensuring all client verification is up to date and maintained
  • On-boarding and suitability processes
  • Liaising with clients and intermediaries to take instructions on the portfolio in respect of third party payments and the receipt of funds
  • Diary management for the Senior Investment Directors

Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will be office based Monday-Thursday.
