Key Responsibilities

    • Support the building and maintenance of a strong network within the startup ecosystem (entrepreneurs, co-investors, accelerators, industry experts).
  • Due diligence and analysis
    • Assist in performing due diligence on potential investments, including financial modelling, market analysis, and operational assessment.
    • Liaise with internal teams (legal, tax, treasury) and external advisors to gather and analyse relevant information.
    • Prepare draft investment materials and presentations for Investment Committee meetings.
  • Investment execution
    • Support the execution of new investments, including preparation of legal documentation and coordination of transaction logistics.
    • Assist in organising the transfer of funds and maintaining accurate investment records.
  • Portfolio monitoring and reporting
    • Monitor the financial and operational performance of portfolio companies and funds.
    • Engage with management teams of portfolio companies to understand business activity and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders.

  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn; comfortable with ambiguity and asking lots of questions.
  • Demonstrated experience in applying advanced numerical and analytical skills to assess company performance and interpret key performance metrics.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail, with the ability to summarise and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build good working relationships.
  • Passion for sustainability, innovation and the property sector (knowledge of PropTech or ClimateTech is desirable).
