Job description

Investigator needed in Penrith. The rate is £16.71ph PAYE. This is a temporary role. The reference number is: 366268.

The successful candidate will be an integral member investigating major and complex crime, including serious and organised crime, complex non-recent abuse cases, and cold cases of homicide and rape. They will work under the direction of the Head of Crime or Senior Investigating Officer team.

Responsibilities include working as part of a team, conducting investigations, completing Major Incident Room (MIR) actions, and identifying, gathering, securing, and preserving evidence and relevant material to ensure a fair investigation for a fair trial.
