Job summary

Rhodium Consulting is recruiting an Internal Sales professional for a well-established electrical wholesale company in Poole, Dorset. You will join a small, supportive team in a busy branch and engage with customers in-person and over the phone.

The role centres on handling orders, producing quotations, driving new business, and renewing dormant accounts while maintaining strong customer service standards. On-site parking and a standard Monday–Friday schedule are provided.

Qualifications

• Electrical Wholesale experience.
• Confident dealing with customers over the phone and face-to-face.
• Good customer service skills.
• The ability to work within a team in a fast paced office environment.
• Team player.
