Job summary

Rhodium Consulting in Oxford is seeking an Internal Salesperson for a busy electrical wholesale operation. You will work closely with colleagues to support customers and drive sales.

Key duties include building relationships with customers, targeting new and dormant accounts, proactive and reactive telephone sales, taking orders and providing quotes, and serving on the trade counter. We have a great opportunity for an Internal Salesperson to join a successful electrical wholesaler in the Oxford area.

The role will be working closely with colleagues as part of a team helping out where needed such as:

• Building relationships with a variety of customers, providing excellent customer service
• Targeting new and dormant accounts to improve sales, actively promoting the company and their products and services
• Proactive and reactive telephone sales
• Answering the telephone and taking orders, providing quotations.

Essential skill required:

• Electrical Wholesale experience, excellent product knowledge

• A positive and hardworking attitude, with the ability to work under pressure
