A leading architectural glazing firm is seeking an Intermediate Level QS to join their commercial team in Slough, covering projects typically up to £1.5m across London and the South East. Responsibilities include budget preparation, contract administration, and producing cost reports. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience, with a strong problem-solving ability and proficiency in Microsoft applications. This role offers a dynamic work environment focused on delivering quality projects to blue-chip clients.

Qualifications

• 3 years working experience as a quantity surveyor at intermediate level.
• Working knowledge of JCT suite of contracts and NEC forms.
• Experience in the Fit Out industry as a specialist contractor.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of project budgets and checking project contracts.
• Administering project contracts and ensuring payments are received on time.
• Producing fortnight cost reports to clients.
• Preparing and discussing final accounts for projects.
