Join a growing, design-led contractor operating in the super-prime, bespoke residential and heritage refurbishment market across London. This company work on one-off, architect-led, technically complex homes — from listed buildings and conservation-area refurbishments to basements, structural alterations, and full townhouse transformations. This is not volume housing or process-driven production work — this is detail-led, hands-on construction at the premium end. They’re actively winning work, tendering heavily, and moving into a new office as the business scales.

The Role
  • Take full commercial ownership of bespoke residential & heritage refurbishment projects
  • Manage procurement of specialist subcontract packages (basements, structural, heritage trades, finishes)
  • Run valuations, variations, CVRs, cost reporting & forecasting
  • Work closely with Directors, Consultants & Site Teams on design-led schemes
  • Support with tendering and early-stage cost planning

  • Intermediate or Senior QS
  • Background in super-prime or bespoke schemes not essential
