The Successful Applicant

• Experience: Minimum 4–5 years supervising interior commercial projects (tenant improvements, drywall, finishes).
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret plans/specifications; proficiency in scheduling and construction software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
• Certifications: OSHA 10/30 required; NCCER Superintendent or PMP preferred.
• Other: Valid driver's license; strong leadership and communication skills.
