Overview

Rhythm Careers are excited to be representing an internationally renowned luxury design studio, recognised globally for setting the benchmark in high-end property design and development. Known for their outstanding attention to detail and iconic projects, this studio designs trophy homes and development projects worldwide. Our client is looking for 2 Interior Architects to join their team: a mid level Interior Architect and a Senior Interior Architect.

Responsibilities

• Apply expertise in high end residential projects and contribute to projects from stage 3 (tender packages) through stage 4 documentation and coordination as the project reaches stage 5.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop documentation, ensure accuracy, and maintain design intent across project stages.
• Coordinate with consultants, project stakeholders, and internal teams to support timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Demonstrate a high attention to detail and a collaborative mindset on all assignments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Significant experience in high end residential projects, ideally gained within a reputable interior design or interior architecture studio.
• Experience appropriate to the role level: mid level for the first position and senior level for the second; both require strong technical and design execution skills.
• Ability to work on projects from stage 3 to stage 5 and manage coordination across documentation packages.
