• Brought about changes in Inpatient pathways with improved outcomes for patients and the Performance of Divisions/Organisation in key areas.
• Efficiently acted as a point of Escalation in solving issues that affect the daily operational processes in a large Foundation Trust.
• Successfully initiated collaborative working of the Hospital support services to achieve faster turnaround times on bed availability at a large London based Acute Trust.
• Excellent communication skills and able to engage with a variety of stakeholders including commissioners, directors, clinicians, nurses and patients.
