Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with an exceptional IT consultancy that is looking to grow its client base into 2026. We are seeking an experienced Product Management Consultant to join a high-performing consultancy team delivering strategic product solutions for clients across multiple sectors. This is a senior-level role for a seasoned product professional with solid experience, capable of shaping product strategy, leading client engagements, and driving transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Provide expert Product Management consultancy to clients, leading product teams or shaping organisational ways of working.
• Drive digital and product operating model transformations, helping clients transition to agile and product-led approaches.
• Act as a trusted advisor, coaching executive stakeholders and product teams.
• Initiate new engagements, set direction, and lead high-profile initiatives.
• Contribute to business development, including propositions and client pitches.

What We’re Looking For

You will have experience in delivering business value through software solutions, following the full Software Development lifecycle. You will be working closely with Agile Business Analysts, Product Managers, and User Centred Designers and a key part of the role will be working alongside the current Head of Product & Design to shape our capability and provide the business with Product Management expertise. With a strong track record in digital Operating Model transformations and experience in helping clients transition from existing project or waterfall mindsets to product and agile mindsets.
