Job description

A highly successful and experienced Manager with over 15 years of experience in the Healthcare sector, including both Public and Private sectors.

Key areas of expertise include Emergency & Acute Medicine, Women’s and Children’s, Sexual Health, Unscheduled Care, Radiology, and Trauma and Orthopedics.

Core Competencies

• Delivery of national targets, including A&E targets, 18 weeks referral to treatment, and 2 week waiting times.
• Compilation and presentation of Business and Annual Plans for large Divisions in line with Trust strategy.
• Providing reports to Board level on progress and delivery of services within managed Divisions.
• Improvement of length of stay for a directorate at a large London based Acute Trust.
• Management of the roll out of PACS / RIS within a Community Hospital environment.
• Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills with a drive to achieve beyond expected results.

Project Management Experience

Prince2 Practitioner qualified Project Manager with experience managing large-scale programmes, including Covid-19 Response Programmes.

Qualifications and Expertise

Highly qualified with MBA, Prince2 Practitioner, and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner status.

Expertise in RTT Process mapping and Project Implementation, with a strong background in management of operating theatres, wards, and sterile services.
