Interim Nursing Home Manager | Elderly Nursing Home - Bath

3 month day rate contract

We are seeking a highly experienced Interim Nursing Home Manager to provide strong leadership and operational stability within our CQC-regulated elderly nursing home.

As Interim Nursing Home Manager, you will be fully accountable for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led services in line with CQC Standards.

You will lead the service through a period of transition, ensuring continuity of care, staff support, and regulatory compliance.

About You
  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
  • Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager within a CQC-regulated service
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC inspection frameworks and compliance requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Confident in managing change, performance, and regulatory challenges
  • Must be on the DBS available update service
  • Must be able to secure your own accommodation - 5 days onsite

This is an urgent requirement with one stage interview process and Monday 19th January 2026 start.
