Simply Education is seeking an exceptional Interim Headteacher to lead an innovative Alternative Provision in Wolverhampton, catering to students from Year 7 through Year 11.

We are now seeking a dynamic, experienced, and values-led Interim Headteacher to lead the provision into its next phase.
As Interim Headteacher, you will :
Drive the strategic development and long-term direction of the provision.
Shape and embed a powerful culture aligned with shared values and aspirations.
Lead the development of an ambitious curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
Inspire staff through clear vision, high expectations and visible, values-led leadership.
Take responsibility for day-to-day leadership and ensure the smooth running of the provision.
Secure outstanding teaching, targeted intervention and exceptional learning experiences.
Raise attainment and progress particularly in English, Maths and personal development.
Oversee high-quality self-evaluation and deliver effective improvement planning.
Lead, develop and empower staff, deploying people and resources effectively.
Build a culture where students and staff feel safe, respected and able to flourish.
Promote equal opportunities and champion inclusion at every level.
Ensure safeguarding is rigorous, proactive and deeply embedded.
Maintain strong multi-agency partnerships to support the most vulnerable learners.
Report to governance structures in line with the annual cycle.
Use evidence, evaluation and data to drive standards and innovation.
Identify priorities, set ambitious goals and monitor progress with precision.
