Job summary

A recruitment firm is seeking an Interim Graphic Designer to create engaging brochures for a B2B organization. This role requires demonstrable experience and advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Successful candidates will be able to work fast-paced and communicate effectively with stakeholders. The contract is for 3 months, office-based once a week, with a day rate equivalent of £40,000–£45,000 pro-rata.

Client Details

Our client is a growing B2B organisation looking for an Interim Graphic Designer to support on a 3 month basis.

Description

As the Interim Graphic Designer you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Concept Creation: Drive the ideation and design of innovative brochure concepts and templates, ensuring all materials, print or digital, are visually engaging, strategically aligned, and deliver high performance.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain visual identity across all brochure designs, guaranteeing brand integrity in every detail.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing teams, copywriters, and key stakeholders to understand brochure requirements, ensuring designs support both sales objectives and broader strategic goals.
  • Iterative Design: Develop initial drafts and mock‑ups, actively incorporating feedback to refine and perfect the final output.
  • Production Management: Prepare final files for production, coordinating with external printers and digital teams to ensure exceptional quality, compliance with specifications, and timely delivery.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay current with design software, production techniques, and industry trends to deliver fresh, innovative solutions.
  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple brochure projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Profile

The successful Interim Graphic Designer will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • Ideally have experience across B2B – although other sectors will be considered
  • Advanced proficiency in design software – Adobe Creative Suite
  • The ability to work at pace and to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills – with proven stakeholder management
Job Offer

3 month contract – we are looking for those who can start at short notice and able to commit for at least 3 months.

Based Oxfordshire – office based once a week.

You will receive the day rate equivalent of £40,000‑£45,000 pro‑rata – through PAYE.
