Qualifications

• Experience of consolidating group accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance team to ensure robust financial controls.
• Oversee month-end close and prepare management accounts.
• Ensure compliance with all financial reporting requirements.
• Prepare month-end files and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Liaise with external auditors for statutory accounts preparation.
• Handle group consolidation and drive process improvements.
