Robertson Bell are delighted to be partnering with a respected not-for-profit organisation based in South London, as they recruit a Finance Business Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting organisational transformation by providing robust financial insight and partnering across multiple departments.

The role:

  • Provide business partnering support to a range of budget holders of varying seniority, analysing financial performance and identifying opportunities for cost control.
  • Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts and reporting packs.
  • Review and enhance financial policies, procedures and reporting processes.
  • Support the annual audit process and year-end activities.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a management accounting or finance business partnering role, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to interpret, analyse and present complex financial information.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to problem solving.

The role will be based in South London on a hybrid basis.
