Responsibilities
  • Producing accurate and insightful management accounts to support effective decision making.
  • Delivering detailed variance analysis and commentary, providing clarity around financial performance.
  • Supporting the annual budgeting process, ensuring realistic and achievable financial plans.
  • Acting as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, providing financial insight and challenge to drive strategic outcomes.
Requirements
  • Be a qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
  • Have proven experience in producing management accounts within a complex organisation.
  • Demonstrate the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, with the confidence to influence and advise at all levels.
  • Be immediately available or available at short notice.
