Job summary

A government department consultancy is seeking an Interim Executive Officer to analyze information and make decisions based on policy. The role is hybrid, based in London, and requires applicants to be UK passport holders residing in the UK for 5 years. You will contribute to a meaningful project in a supportive team environment. Initially for 6 months, the position may extend.

  • Experience in an administrative public sector role or closely with Government.
  • Knowledge of data protection.
  • Must be a UK Passport holder and resident for the past 5 years.

Overview

Interim Executive Officer / Caseworker

Earning: £120-170 per day

Based in: West End, London

Working Style: Hybrid

Candidate requirements: Applicants need to be UK Passport holder who have been resident in the UK for the past 5 years – this is for reasons of security

What you’ll be doing
  • Analysing information from multiple sources & using existing policy to make decisions.
  • Articulating and justifying decisions based on policy.
  • Working to tight deadlines in high pace and sensitive operational environment.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication and written skills with a strong understanding of English, especially written.
  • Communicating with internal and external contact, verbally and in writing to explain policy and decisions.
What you’ll need
  • Experience in an administrative public sector role, or a company that works closely with Government agencies
  • Confidence in using Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of data protection
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
