A leading recruitment partner is seeking an Interim Equal Pay & Job Evaluation Specialist for a short-term project with an NHS organization. The role involves designing a job evaluation scheme to establish a fair pay framework, reviewing job descriptions, and implementing an Equality Impact Assessment. Ideal candidates will have a strong HR or legal background, relevant experience in job evaluation, and familiarity with NHS pay structures. This role is critical to addressing pay disparities following recent organizational changes.

We are partnering with an NHS organisation to appoint an experienced Equal Pay and Job Evaluation Specialist for a critical interim assignment. Following recent TUPE transfers, there is a need to review and address potential pay disparities. This project will focus on creating a fair and transparent pay structure supported by a robust job evaluation process.
