Job summary

A leading housing association is looking for an experienced Electrician to join their Local Delivery team on an interim basis. The ideal candidate will perform reactive repairs and electrical testing to ensure compliance with 18th Edition regulations. Applicants should have housing maintenance experience, a full UK driving licence, and willingness to undergo a DBS check. This temporary position offers £23.00-£26.00 per hour, a company van, and fuel card. The role requires 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Electrician with relevant experience.
• Ability to commute within 45 minutes of King's Lynn/Dereham.
• Willingness to undergo Basic DBS and licence check.

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive and void electrical repairs in housing properties.
• Complete testing and inspection to maintain compliance.
• Support planned electrical installations.
