Qualifications

• Must be a Solicitor, Barrister or Fellow of CILEX with a current practising certificate.
• Available on no more than 2 weeks’ notice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join the Safeguarding Team to undertake the full remit of adult social care work, including Court of Protection, DOLs, S21A applications.
• Work on homelessness, care act, education, Judicial review matters, leaving care rights.
