Qualifications

• Proven BI capability with strong Power BI and Tableau skills.
• Strong data handling skills with structured datasets.
• Practical CRM expertise, particularly with Salesforce.
• Experience supporting Sales or Account Management through MI reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, accuracy, and integrity of intelligence.
• Act as the accountable steward for insights in Sales and Account Management.
• Design, build, and maintain MI platforms and dashboards.
• Collaborate with business teams on analytical solutions.
• Own regulated and compliance-related intelligence outputs.
