A leading cell therapy company based in the UK is seeking an Integration Engineer to contribute to the development of their robotic automated manufacturing system. This full-time on-site role involves integrating hardware and software subsystems to enhance cell therapy manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be proficient in programming, notably Python. This is a significant opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare.
Cell therapies have been shown to cure devastating and previously untreatable diseases like cancer by re-programming the patient’s own immune system. Giving more patients access to these life-saving therapies requires a revolution in manufacturing and process automation.
Cellular Origins, a TTP company, is enabling scalable, cost-effective and efficient manufacture of cell and gene therapies. Our technology addresses the challenges associated with manufacturing at scale with an elegant robotic manufacturing automation solution that reduces cost and labour, eliminates human error, and increases efficiency.
As an Integration Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of product delivery, playing a pivotal role in the development of our robotic automated manufacturing system for cell therapy manufacturing. You’ll be responsible for bringing together hardware and software subsystems to enable the seamless integration of the Constellation system at every stage of the development process.
This is an opportunity to work within the multi-disciplinary product team to shape the development of our technology. You’ll be involved with hands‑on hardware and software integration, software development, testing and experimental work to ensure compatibility between Constellation sub‑systems. You’ll play a pivotal role in the transfer from product development to product verification activities by informing sub‑system design and steering our processes towards delivering a reliable and robust system.
You’ll join a fast‑growing, interdisciplinary, team with a passion for solving a worthwhile problem. This is somewhere to really make your mark, working in a technically challenging and impact‑driven venture, with bright and committed peers, to define the future of cell therapy manufacturing.
