Job summary

A major recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Integration Architect to support a leading Defence programme in Bristol. This role involves defining integration standards and managing stakeholder relationships in a complex digital landscape. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Integration Architecture and Defence Digital environments, along with SC clearance. This strategic position offers an attractive daily rate of up to £700 for a 3-month contract with potential extensions.

MERITUS are recruiting for an Integration Architect to join our client on an initial 3 month contract (with likely extensions thereafter) to support a major defence programme in Bristol.

INTEGRATION ARCHITECT - INSIDE IR35 - UP TO £700 PER DAY - 3 MONTHS - BRISTOL, ONSITE - SC CLEARED - SINGLE STAGE INTERVIEW PROCESS

MERITUS are supporting a major Defence programme seeking an experienced Integration Architect to shape and lead the Defence Support Integration Architecture for a high-profile digital transformation initiative.

You’ll define and own a top-down integration reference and logical architecture, ensuring new digital services integrate seamlessly into the wider Defence Support Environment. Working closely with MOD stakeholders, Defence Digital and industry partners, you’ll set integration standards, policies, templates and rules, while identifying gaps, risks and misalignment.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven Integration Architecture experience

• Background in Defence Support, engineering or logistics

• Strong knowledge of Defence Digital environments (networks, cloud, cyber, IDAM)

• Experience with digital services, open standards and compliance

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and consulting skills

• Comfortable operating in complex, multi-organisation environments

• SC clearance (minimum)

• Business change experience beneficial
